Rebecca Tascona is the Regional President, BMO Private Wealth, Ontario accountable for the business results in this region. She leads investment, banking, trust, wealth planning, and insurance professionals who are dedicated to delivering an exceptional and comprehensive wealth management experience for high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients and their families. She and her husband are proud parents of two young sons.

Prior to her current role, Rebecca was the Chief Operating Officer, BMO Wealth Management. Rebecca joined BMO Financial Group in 2005 and has held a variety of progressive roles in the Office of Strategic Management, Personal & Small Business Credit Cards, and BMO Insurance COO. Prior to joining BMO Financial Group, Rebecca was a strategy consultant at Monitor Group. Rebecca is a Board member of Young People’s Theatre as well is Cabinet Chair for the United Way Waterloo Region Communities.

Using a holistic approach, Rebecca collaborates with her colleagues in BMO Private Wealth to design integrated solutions to enable clients to help achieve their personal wealth goals.

Rebecca knows how to navigate the nuances and complexities of wealth management so that clients can have the confidence that their goals are within reach.

Ms. Wendy Kei currently serves as Board Chair for Ontario Power Generation Inc. (OPG) and is the Chair of the Audit Committee for both Karora Resources Inc. (formerly Royal Nickel Corporation)
(TSX: RNX) and Noranda Income Fund (TSX: NIF.UN).

She is also a member of the Department of Audit Committee
for Transport Canada. Ms. Kei is an accomplished Finance Executive with over 25 years of business experience in a variety of industries. For the majority of her career, she has been working within the mining industry and brings a strong focus on corporate govern
ance, finance, risk management and significant expertise in executing complex mergers and acquisitions.

Ms. Kei is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA-CA), previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Dominion Diamond Corporation (formerly Harry Winston Diamond Corporation and Aber Diamond
Corporation) and was previously the Chair of the Audit Committee for Guyana Goldfields Inc. (TSX).

Ms. Kei is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants o f Ontario, holds an ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors and holds a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo. Ms. Kei was selected as a Diversity 50 2016 Candidate by the Canadian Board Diversity Council.

Cybele Negris is a serial entrepreneur, seasoned board member, speaker, mentor, columnist and a Hall of Fame inductee of Canada’s Top 100 Most PowerfulWomen.

Cybele is CEO & Co-Founder of Webnames.ca, Canada’s original .CA Registrar and provider of hundreds of domain extensions, corporate domain portfolio management, web hosting, email, security products, and other online solutions. Webnames’ clients include some of the country’s largest corporations, government, law-firms, and global Fortune 500 brands.

Cybele serves on the boards of the Royal Canadian Mint, BCAA, Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver and Science World. Working closely with the Chair, BC Minister of Jobs, Economic Development and Competitiveness, Cybele is Vice-Chair of the Small Business Roundtable of BC. She also serves on a number of other advisory boards and councils.

A Hall of Fame Inductee and four-time winner of Canada's Top 100 Most PowerfulWomen and nine-time winner of PROFIT W100, some of Cybele’s other recognitions include BC Business Most Influential Women in Business 2018, 2017, 2015, and Business In Vancouver’s Influential Women in Business 2010 and Top40 Under 40 2003.

She is a columnist for Business in Vancouver and speaks at dozens of events each year including TED x and Level Up Conference along with former Prime Ministers Chretien and Harper.

Kim is responsible for the strategic direction and growth of Royer Thompson, a Canadian talent management firm that she acquired in 2017. She advises Boards, CEOs and leadership teams in private companies and public organizations on executive recruitments, talent management and organizational development and has an extensive network across Canada.

Prior to joining Royer Thompson, Kim was a partner and chief client officer, NATIONAL Public Relations, based in Toronto, overseeing the transformation of the firm's largest Canadian office with responsibility for the growth, innovation and profitability. Prior to becoming a partner in NATIONAL in 2012, she spent over 20 years in Atlantic Canada as a co-owner of a pre-eminent communications advisory firm with offices in Halifax, Saint John and St. John's.

Kim was a founding director of the Atlantic Chapter of the Institute of Corporate Directors. In 2013, she completed the ICD Director Education Program, earning her ICD.D designation. She serves on the Board of Directors of Medavie Inc., Medavie Health Foundation (Chair), Verity International and the Institute on Research on Public Policy. She previously served on the Board of Directors of NATIONAL Public Relations, CAA Maritimes, IWK Health Centre and is past chair of the Halifax Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, the Canadian Public Relations Society-NS Chapter and is past vice chair of St. Francis Xavier University Board of Governors. She holds an Honours Political Science degree from St. Francis Xavier University, has done graduate studies at Dalhousie University in Canadian Foreign Policy and studied alternate dispute resolution strategy at Harvard University.
