This session aims to give the necessary training for possible trainers and facilitators of SOGIE 101 of the PFIP member firms. This will provide these future trainers the guidance on how to conduct their own SOGIE 101 sessions with various groups of people to allow them to smoothly introduce the concepts of SOGIESC to these audiences.
This is open to members of PFIP who is willing and committed to running the SOGIE 101 and Business of Inclusion module internally or are invited to train with other companies. Each member firm has (2) slots. Individuals who are passionate advocates with a zest for training, education, and facilitation are highly encouraged to sign up.
Limited to a maximum of 40 participants and registration is required.
