    High Chief (Professor Ike Ehiribe) FCIArb, C.Arb. QDR, is a Barrister, Chartered Arbitrator, Adjudicator, Expert Determiner and Accredited Mediator practicing from 7 Stones Commercial & IP Chambers in London and the firm of Ike Ehiribe & Co. in Nigeria. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1982 and the Bar of England & Wales by the Honorable Society of Lincoln’s Inn in 1996.

    Independent Arbitrator & Consultant

    Engr. Basil Odigie is a Mechanical Engineer with several years of experience executing projects in oil and gas industry. He has worked as program manager, leading several project teams to develop scope of works, detailed project plans and preliminary estimates. He has completed several construction projects for petroleum products pipelines, pump stations and storage tanks within budget and time.
    Currently consulting as a Contracts Manager for Zakhem International Limited, he disengaged from the post of the General Manager (Projects) of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Abuja Nigeria in July 2013 after 30 years of service. He is a certified Project Manager and holds the Project Management Institute Credentials “PMP”.

    A very experienced Arbitrator, he who holds fellowship/membership in several arbitral institutions including the Dispute Board Federation.

    He has had several appointments as sole arbitrator, co-arbitrator and chairman of arbitral tribunals and has rendered awards on construction and other commercial disputes. He has been a practicing commercial Arbitrator and Mediator since 2008 and he has rendered several arbitral awards.

    He has also been involved in continuous improvement of his international arbitration skills through trainings organized by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), the Institute for Transnational Arbitration (ITA) USA and London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).
