Trainers and Subject Matter Experts are given the huge responsibility of helping learners develop the necessary competencies to perform work at expected levels. Key to the success of a learning endeavor is learner engagement, and the success indicator is the demonstration of skills. PSTD's Facilitator Skills Development Program is designed to help trainers facilitate training more effectively. This course will help them present their learning content more effectively, identify the necessary skills for engaging learners, and the right methodologies that will help them deliver on their learning objectives.
COURSE DESCRIPTION
Given completion of pre work, asynchronous and 3-day classroom session, participants will be able to demonstrate presentation and facilitation tactics and methodologies using 4Ps and 4As, and the prescribed 4 Facilitator Skills.
