Event Details
Talent Development professionals must be equipped with the ability to conduct a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to effectively identify the training and non-training solutions required to address a given need at various levels of the organization from strategic down to the individual. An effective TNA process ensures alignment of the training programs with the business requirements. A proper TNA also guides the design of a training program such that the course objective and contents directly address the competency requirements of the target participants.
