ECCIL is super exciting to organize its first training in Luang Prabang!

In partnership with Lao Management Services, ECCIL will organize the training in Lao & English languages, topic on "Customer Service" held on Jul 29, 2022 - 8:30 am to 4 pm, at Ock Pop Tok Living Craft Centre. This training covers the topics for Customer Service including topics on communications, empathy, dealing with complaints, difficult customers and customer loyalty. The training is conducted in Lao.
