Time: Registration starts at 17:30 and the AGM at 18:00

Venue: Oriental Residence Bangkok

*** Temperature checks will be performed and alcohol gel provided at the event entrance.

**** Due to the COVID-19 situation, there will be no mingle, after-meeting dinner and special talk. ****

Pre-registration only. No walk-ins will be accepted.

Message from TSCC President and Vice-Presidents

In view of the current and rapidly developing COVID-19 situation, the TSCC Board have decided to scale down the AGM Dinner Event and to proceed solely with the Annual Ordinary General Meeting. As a consequence the cocktail, dinner and invited speaker have been cancelled.

To ensure that we minimize the person to person contact, we strongly encourage that the TSCC members enable voting by assigned proxy as per the process and documents described below.

During the current, uncertain and fluid circumstances, we believe it is our responsibility as a Chamber to ensure that we do not unnecessarily add to the Corona associated risks for our employees, individual and corporate members and their operations or potentially inadvertently add to the burden on Thai health care and the already grave situation for Thailand.

We firmly believe that we thereby prioritise the Chamber's and chamber members' operational continuity and minimise the potential jeopardising of various stakeholders' health.

We regret that we currently are in a situation that makes us having to consider and decide on the above measures and kindly ask for the TSCC Members' understanding.

We are also exploring the possibility, once circumstances allow, to arrange for a TSCC Member dinner event with an invited speaker.

Should you choose to participate in the scaled down AGM, we kindly request you to check your temperature before attending. If it is above 37.5 degrees Celsius or if you are feeling or showing any of the Corona associated symptoms, we kindly ask you to refrain from participating in the meeting.
