UCA's ELP will be held August 2025 until April 2026.

Limited to the first 20 applicants & due no later than Aug. 15th!

Sessions include training presentations, student presentations, site

visits, networking opportunities & a lobbying trip to Springfield.

Lunch is served at each session and ends with a networking hour.
