This Dementia Capable Care course will help one identify dementia-related behaviors as communication of unmet needs. Chris will discuss approaches and strategies to create a comfortable environment for a PLWD and those who work with PLWD.


4.0 CE Credits will be awarded to Illinois nurses, social workers, professional counselors and nursing home administrators.
