Change is always linked to us, and whether we have work or not, we need to know how to deal with that transition. Participants need to understand what drives change and recognize the different phases of the change cycle. This workshop will help participants understand what drives change and the various stages people go through when change happens.

At the end of this workshop, participants will :

• Identify what drives change
• Understand the barriers to change
• Specify the various stages of the change curve
• Describe how you can move your employees through change
• Communicate correctly through the change transition using the 5 W's
• Recognize and understand the seven stages of the change curve, which include Immobilization, Denial, Frustration, Acceptance, Development, Application, and Completion
