Managing symptoms of middle stage dementia can be difficult for caregivers and other HCP. During this presentation Chris will discuss the behavioral and psychological manifestations of dementia; review the DICE Model of approach for changes in behaviors; discuss the behavioral and psychological symptoms of middle stage dementia, including sexuality and intimacy concerns, driving, home safety and clinical setting environmental modifications, along with other safety concerns.
