Mrs. Joy Okungbowa Adesina SAN, FCArb is the Founder and Principal Partner of Okungbowa Adesina SAN & Co.; a notable law firm based in Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory. She is a seasoned and astute legal practitioner with twenty-seven years post call experience in diverse areas of the legal profession during which period she has worked with many of the most outstanding law firms where she creditably distinguished herself and rose to the pinnacle of the profession.

Mrs. Adesina frequently participates in many Arbitration matters as a Sole Arbitrator or as a Wing Arbitrator. She also serves as a Neutral in mediation matters as well as writing and delivering papers on topical law issues and related matters.

Professor Larry O.C. Chukwu earned his LLB degree from the reputable University of Calabar and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1989. He obtained his LLM degree from the University of Lagos and a PhD from University of Abuja.

With impressively diverse skills and expertise in litigation, Solicitorship and ADR, he is the founder and Principal Consultant of OBINNA CHUKWU & CO. In 1998, he joined the Faculty of Law, University of Lagos. He later transferred to University of Abuja as Senior Lecturer and rose to the rank of Professor of Commercial & Property Law. He has been Visiting Professor of Law at Mountcrest University College, Accra, Ghana and Golden Gate University, San Francisco, USA. He is External Examiner/External Professorial Assessor for several Universities as well as the Nigerian Law School.

Professor Chukwu has published extensively in reputable local and international journals, and is on the editorial board of many learned journals. He has presented papers at several international and local conferences. He is author of the ground-breaking book, Trust Investment Law and Practice in Nigeria. He is a member of several local and international professional bodies, including International Society of Family Law, Nigerian Institute of Management, Nigerian Association of Law Teachers, and Nigerian Bar Association.

Enewa (Mrs) Rita Chris-Garuba FCArb is a founding partner of Temple Chambers (Barristers, Solicitors & Arbitrators) incorporating R. I. Kuku & Company (Legal Practitioners since 1985). She holds a masters degree in Law from the University of London, Kings College Strand. She has practised law for nearly four decades, specializing in Commercial transaction, International Business Transactions, Oil & Gas and Advocacy. She has specialized in Labour Arbitration and is currently a Federal Arbitrator and member of the Industrial Arbitration Panel, a federal institution and parastatal of the Federal Ministry of Labour and Productivity.

A Chartered Arbitrator, she is listed as a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators. She is a member of the International Bar Association and the Nigerian Bar Association where she has held various leadership positions particularly as Chairman of Disciplinary Committee Abuja Branch of the NBA. She is a facilitator of the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators, teaching and lecturing at various levels of training programmes in Nigeria. She is registered as a Neutral of the Federal High Court. Enewa has served in various capacities in the private and public sectors; a member and delegate of the Nigerian group to the United Nations General Assembly in 1992, a member of the Nigerian Police Review and Rehabilitation Panel in 2008, a member of the Board of Trustees of Regina Pacis Girls Secondary School.

She was the Vice Chairperson of the Family and Child Law Committee, Section on Legal Practice of the Nigerian Bar Association. And has been a two-time chair of the Disciplinary Committee of the NBA, Abuja Branch. She has acted as counsel in various courts from the Federal / State High Courts and the Industrial Court, State High Courts, to the Courts of Appeal and Supreme Court.
