Empowering Black Businesses: A Spotlight on All Things Black and Beautiful
In today's spotlight, we're excited to introduce you to All Things Black and Beautiful (ATBB), a social enterprise making waves by empowering Black and African business owners. Founded during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic, ATBB recognized the unique hurdles faced by these entrepreneurs and stepped up to provide the support and resources needed to thrive.
Bridging the Gap
The pandemic saw a surge in Black-owned businesses, but many lacked the tools and connections for sustainable growth. ATBB was created to bridge this gap by:
- Fostering collaboration and community engagement: Building a strong network of like-minded entrepreneurs.
- Amplifying visibility: Showcasing businesses to wider audiences and potential customers.
- Leveling the playing field: Providing access to resources, coaching, and networks that drive success.

- Prosperity Bank Partnership: In 2024, ATBB partnered with Prosperity Bank to deliver their Business Masterclass series, providing mentorship and masterclasses on key business topics.
- Impacting 100+ Businesses: Through initiatives like the State Fair of Texas program, ATBB impacted over 100 businesses from underrepresented backgrounds last year.
