Topic: Employee-centric Change Management

This month's Virtual Book Club will follow the path of last month and have a topic, open discussion. Our plan is to bring back an actual book discussion in September, after the summer break.

We had a great discussion on AI for April and in May we will take a deep dive into Employee-centric Change Management, which is an approach that puts employees at the heart of organizational transformation.

This interactive session offers an opportunity to:

• Share your expertise and experiences with change management
• Learn best practices from fellow practitioners
• Engage in meaningful discussions with colleagues
• Network with other change management professionals

Book club registrants will receive a brief survey invitation to obtain a baseline and tailor the discussion to your needs.
