The Bergen County Bar Association invites you to a virtual cooking class with Cristina Bossini of Healthy Italia Cooking School based in Madison, NJ. The Zoom class is on Thursday, March 11th, at 6:30 pm.
Open a bottle of wine, invite your spouse, significant other, kids, or roommate, and join us as Cristina guides us through a delicious three-course dinner recipe. After the class, feel free to utilize a Zoom breakout room to network with old friends who you have not "seen" in a while.
The registration fee is $75, which includes ALL ingredients required, conveniently shipped directly to your home in advance of the class.
Registration closes at 4 pm on March 4th.
MENU: Feeds 4-5 people
· Polenta bites with mushrooms and fontina cheese
· Caserecce Pasta with Vegetable Sauce
· Stuffed Apples with cookie crumble and dark chocolate
