  • Betty Cerini will be moderating our panel, and is the Co-Head of Projects, Americas practice at Ashurst.
  • Tianyi Yangis senior vice president at EY Infrastructure Advisors, which is acting as the financial, commercial, and procurement advisor for the Gateway Development Commission.
  • Julius Chang is a senior lecturer in civil engineering at Columbia University, where he teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in construction engineering and management. He is a Project Controls Lead at HDR, a leading consulting engineering firm.
  • Pat Foye is an operating partner at Ardian, and was formerly the MTA Chairman and PANYNJ Executive Director.
  • Jee Mee Kim-Diaz is a City Executive at Arcadis and part of the JV, MPA Delivery Partners. Jee Mee is also the senior community relations manager for the Gateway Development Commission and is an adjunct professor at NYU for transportation planning.
