Have you ever had to walk into your manager's office and tell them something you know they didn't want to hear? Maybe you have a coworker that constantly pushes your buttons. Or maybe you just want to tell the server at a restaurant that you ordered mashed potatoes, but were instead brought fries. In every aspect of our lives, we will eventually have to have a tough conversation that could lead to conflict. A lot of times people leave these situations wishing they had handled them better. If this sounds like you, join us for this month's professional development seminar where Ildi Hosman will be giving tips and tricks on how to navigate these uncomfortable situations so you can be better prepared for the next time one arises.

What to Expect: At PYP's Professional Development seminars, attendees can expect to find a group of people who are eager to better themselves. People who are not willing to accept the status quo in their lives. Expert speakers are gracious enough to share their experiences with us so we can go out into the community and take on anything life throws our way.
