COMPASS INSTITUTE has evolved beyond an annual conference event to a global research and advisory firm providing education information, advice, and tools for economic inclusion, procurement, diversity management, and contract compliance functions. The global climate calls for CHANGE and DEI is a strategic catalyst to achieve transformative and sustainable effects within organizations and communities.

Welcome to Baltimore

Charm City Crab Feast


This event is apart of the 2023 COMPASS Conference after hours events. It will take place on Wednesday, September 27th from 8:00pm-11:00pm EST at Jimmy's Seafood.

Come out and get ready to enjoy a true BALTIMORE experience with ALL YOU CAN EAT MD crabs, assorted food options, and drinks. We intend to provide you with a true feel and taste of BALTIMORE. Tickets are $80 per person and will cover your transportation, drinks, and food for the night. Don't eat CRABS no need to worry there will be plenty of other food options available for those that choose to not partake in the ALL YOU CAN EAT crabs.



Shuttles will depart from the Royal Sonesta at 5:30-5:45pm from the main lobby and will return between 10:00pm-10:30pm
