Our expert guest speakers will discuss strategies and provide insights on how boards can be more effective.

The AI, data and technology landscape is rapidly evolving, introducing a new set of complexities for corporate boards to navigate. This area holds significant impact, as decisions made here communicate crucial messages to stakeholders about a company's dedication to ethical and responsible practices and its ability to compete in the market.


In preparation for this event, participants are invited to reflect on the readiness and challenges faced by today's boards in keeping up-to-date with data and AI knowledge. AI represents both an opportunity and a risk.

    Jovita is both an engineer and an attorney. She has a Honors Bachelors of Science - Mechatronics Engineering from the University of Waterloo. For her legal education, she attended City St George’s, University of London, and has a Masters of Laws from the University of California Berkeley. She is currently admitted to the New York State Bar and on the Roll of Solicitors for England & Wales.
