There are lots of pressures on HRCs to conform to established practices, but we know that the most successful companies differentiate their executive compensation programs to fit their unique strategies in order to attract and retain talent aligned with their purpose and objectives. In this session, we will explore some of the key executive compensation considerations through a series of case studies addressing compensation philosophy, compensation benchmarking, incentive plan design, and pay for performance.
