Alfredo Luxardo, J.D., is a Business Development Manager at LEAP Software. Alfredo received his J.D. in 2015 from the University of the District Columbia and has over five-years of civil litigation and policy experience. Alfredo began his career as a paralegal working across multiple small firms in northern New Jersey. While attending law school, he was a student attorney for the ACLU and the Council of the District of Columbia. In 2018, Alfredo sought to apply his legal education and experience in the change management space, working with Fortune 500 companies to digitally transform their legal and HR departments. Two years later, Alfredo joined LEAP to help law firms innovate and drive efficiencies with cloud software.

Alfredo currently lives in Waldwick, NJ, and is a big local sports fan, including Rutgers, where he received his undergraduate degree and the New York Yankees.

Cathie Orgill is the Director of Product Training at LEAP Legal Software and is also the General Manager of LEAP Florida. Cathie has been working in the legal industry for over 40 years. She started as an articled clerk for a small law firm in Queensland, Australia, after graduating from high school while studying law. Since then, she has worked in law firms in Queensland, Australia, and London, England, in different capacities, including office manager and paralegal.

In 2008, Cathie joined LEAP to apply her legal education and experience to the legal technology space. Since then, she as held several positions at LEAP, including Senior Implementation Consultant and Senior Product Consultant for LEAP Australia. In the US, Cathie has worked as Partner Network Manager, Senior Law Firm Specialist, and National Client Success Manager. In all her positions at LEAP, her objective has always been to further the company's mission of helping attorneys to be more productive with cloud technology. Despite being a born-and-raised Queenslander, Cathie has been in the US since early 2016 and currently resides in Jupiter, FL.
