Life is all fun and games until you realise the safe word is Worcestershire. My life made a 180 degree turn after a life altering injury on the netball court at 18 years old. After a couple of uphill battles, I'm now working full time as a Business Analyst and Product Owner in the Software realm at 1Nebula, while representing South Africa as a Competitive Adaptive (person with disability) CrossFit athlete. I share my story to showcase the impact a shift in mindset can have on how you view your past, present and future.
