  • Denise Woodard is the CEO and Founder of Partake Foods, a line of allergy-friendly foods inspired by her daughter's experience with food allergies. Before launching her own company, Denise spent a decade in consumer packaged goods at various Fortune 100 companies and is the first Black woman to raise more than $1 Million publicly for a CPG food startup.
  • Karen Jobb is the Chief Customer & Consumer Officer of Amy's Kitchen. She has spent a career in the food industry working her way through purchasing, marketing, product, and sales roles at national companies like Quaker Oats and Clif Bar & Co. Karen is passionate about advancing women and diversity in the industry and is committed to inspiring others, creating a path to opportunity, and constantly learning and getting better.
  • Lisa Curtis is the CEO and co-Founder of Kuli Kuli, a company she founded at age 22 after serving in the Peace Corps. She turned an unheard-of superfood into a multi-million dollar business that has a positive impact on thousands of farmers. Lisa is a regular writer for Forbes and a thought leader on how women can turn their passions into professions.

Prior to Kuli Kuli, Lisa served as the Communications Director at Mosaic where she managed a team of six to grow the company from zero to over $5M invested in solar through Mosaic’s online marketplace. Previously, Lisa wrote political briefings for President Obama in the White House, served as a United Nations Environment Programme Youth Advisor, and worked at an impact investment firm in India. Lisa was recognized on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list and Inc Magazine’s Top 100 Female Founders list. She has served on the Organic Trade Association board and the Northern California City of Hope board.     Dominique Parks currently serves as the Sales & Marketing Manager at Moonshot Snacks. Moonshot is the first climate-friendly snacking brand, making every decision with the planet in mind. In this role, Dominique oversees sales for the West Coast, Rocky Mountains, and Midwest regions as well as Alternative Channel partners. In addition to overseeing sales, she manages Moonshot’s social media profiles and supports the Director of Marketing with promotional events at the retail level.

    Previously, Dominique worked for Mondelez International, the parent company of Nabisco Brands. She served as an Associate Brand Manager of Savory Wellbeing Innovation, where she got to innovate on brands like Triscuit, Wheat Thins and Good Thins. Prior to that role, she was in a rotational leadership program, where she was able to add value and work in 8 different functions like commercial, equity, and innovation marketing, as well as a sales representative, customer category manager, sales manager, and logistics coordinator in the SoCal Warehouse.

    Prior to working at Mondelez, Dominique interned at GE Lighting, Ford Motor Company and Amazon Web Services. She graduated with her undergraduate degree and MBA from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University . She currently resides in Los Angeles, CA.
