Workforce transition assessmentโฏis the process for transitioning employees from their current environment and roles to the future environment and roles as defined by the project. Workforce transition helps to identify key policies, strategies, and programs for transitioning employees whose job roles will be impacted by the project.โฏIf done correctly it will align organizational structures, roles and responsibilities, performance expectations, incentives, and management to the change initiative goals. The WTA utilizes three change management concepts: 1) change impacts, 2) ADKAR, and 3) RAPID.
