Sharpe started his business career in 1991 when he established the West Group, a confectionary and food distribution company which had operations in Zimbabwe, Zambia, Malawi, Mozambique and South Africa. With operations in South Africa, he also established InterAfrica Franchise Bottlers in South Africa. In 2023, Sharpe's company West Property Company listed on the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange as WestProp Holdings becoming the first property development company to list on the new exchange. My focus is to drive poverty alleviation, job creation and responsible transformational development through FDI (foreign direct investment) - hence his involvement in the World Economic Forum - where I represent the Young Presidents Organisation (YPO) as the “Doing Business in Africa” and i am also the “Family Philanthropy Network” Chair. I have an been an active member of the Harare YPO Chapter since February 2005, serving as the Chapter Forum Chair, Education Chair and youngest Chapter Chairman in 2008. I have also given presentations and speeches on these experiences and my resultant driving motivation is being enthralled throughout the world.

An architect and urban designer / planner, with 30 years experience working on projects around the world. Based in Cape Town since 2010, and with dhk Architects since 2012 - where I am a Partner & urban design principal, as well as executive director responsible for business development, business strategy, governance and risk. I serve as company secretary on on dhk's board of directors, and as non-executive director with our interiors business - dhk. I regularly talk at conferences and events, publish articles and papers, and have lectured in the UK, USA and South Africa. I am a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (London), and an Academician of the Academy of Urbanism (London). I have previously served as a member of the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront design review committee, and as Cape Town city representative for the Council for Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH). Before moving to Cape Town in 2010, I was a panel member and co-Chair of the Bristol Urban Design Forum, and head of its Strategic Urban Design Advisory Group. I have also been a panel member of the London Borough of Hackney Design Review Panel, a guest critic at the Bartlett School of Architecture (UCL) for MA Urban Design reviews (2006 – 2008), and for the design studio at the London School of Economics Cities Programme (2001). I am a member of the Urban Design Institute of South Africa (UDISA), served on the steering committee from 2012 to 2021, and was UDISA Chairperson from 2018 to 2021. My work in practice, research and teaching is driven by a strong belief in the need for a socially responsive approach to urbanism and development, in which places are shaped and created by and for the people that will use and inhabit them.

Isaac Isaki, CFA, MBA, FRM, MSC has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. ISAAC is currently serving as the Head of Structured and Corporate Finance at National Building Society since October 2021. Prior to this, Isaac worked at the National Social Security Authority of Zimbabwe (NSSA) for several years in different roles. ISAAC served as the Chief Investment Officer from March 2020 to October 2021, where they were responsible for overseeing investment activities. ISAAC also held the position of Acting Enterprise Risk Management Executive from December 2016 to March 2020, where they designed and implemented risk management policies and compliance programs. Earlier in their career, Isaac worked at EFE Securities as the Head of Sales and Trading and Senior Equities Dealer. ISAAC also served as the Chief Dealer at FMI Securities and as the Back Office Manager at FBC Securities. Isaac's work experience demonstrates their expertise in investment management, risk management, and sales and trading. ISAAC ISAKI, CFA, MBA, FRM, MSC has a diverse education history with various degrees and certifications. ISAAC obtained a Bachelor's degree in Banking from the National University of Science and Technology (ZW) from 2002 to 2006. Afterward, they pursued a Master's degree in Finance and Investments from the same university, which they completed in 2009. In 2010 to 2012, Isaac pursued a CFA Charter from the CFA Institute. However, the specific degree name is not mentioned. Following that, they acquired a Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) in 2015 to 2016.

Isaac then pursued a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Business Administration and Management from the University of Zimbabwe, which they completed with honors (cum laude) in 2019.

Progress has over 13 years’ experience in the real estate sector. She holds a BSc degree in Rural and Urban Planning from the University of Zimbabwe, she has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the National University of Science and Technology and a diploma in real estate management from the Real Estate Institute of Zimbabwe. She is a registered Estate Agent and an active member of the Estate Agent’s Council. Progress has extensive experience in the real estate sector having previously worked with CBRE Ellis, Old Mutual Zimbabwe in management roles. Cuthbert is the Director responsible for Pensions and Life Insurance Supervision in the Insurance and Pensions Commission (IPEC) of Zimbabwe and has been with IPEC for 7 years. Prior to joining the insurance and pensions regulator, he has been with the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development of Zimbabwe for 12 years. During his stint with the National Treasury, he dealt with different portfolios on financial sector policy advisory and regulation, including the enactment and review of financial sector legislation, financial sector development, regulation of capital markets, insurance and pensions, domestic resource mobilisation, institutional reforms, regional financial integration and AML/CFT policy coordination. He obtained a BSc Honours degree in Economics and Masters in Business Administration (Financial Services) from the University of Zimbabwe. He has also received regional and international training in the regulation of financial institutions, including insurance & pensions, securities market, microfinance and AML/CFT. Cuthbert is the Vice Chairperson of the SADC Committee of Insurance, Securities and Non-Bank Financial Authorities (CISNA). He is a member of Retirement Income and Pensions Forum of the International Association of Insurance Supervisors and IPEC’s technical contact person for the International Organisation of Pension Supervisors.

She is a corporate member of the Zimbabwe Institute of Regional and Urban Planners (ZIRUP) and she is the Past President of this institute. She is also a member of the International Society of City and Regional Planners (ISOCARP) and a Member of the Project Management Institute of Zimbabwe (PMIZ). Innocencia sits on The Board of Directors of Mashonaland Holdings Limited and is also a council member of Zimbabwe Agricultural Society (ZAS). In the course of her career Innocencia also served on various property development companies’ Boards such as Shelter Sol Holdings a company that provides housing and related infrastructure to the low income home-seekers in Zimbabwe ;Sunway City Private Limited, a property subsidiary of the Industrial Development Corporation of Zimbabwe Limited (IDCZ) and a developer of eco-friendly world class integrated industrial, commercial, residential and recreational parks ; CBZ Properties (Pvt) Limited , a subsidiary of the CBZ Holdings Limited for property development and property management services.
