For each motel week you are requesting, a $100 (per week per room) deposit must be paid at time of registration. Any motel requests without a corresponding deposit payment will not be eligible in the lottery. There is no guarantee you will receive a room, though you will be reimbursed the full amount if you are not assigned a room. All credit card processing fees are included in the deposit.

We are offering parents two options for reserving motel rooms during camp weeks. Please note, all camp weeks start on Sunday afternoon and end on Saturday morning.

1. Six nights at $350/week (check-in Sunday at 3:00pm / check-out Saturday at 11:00am)
2. Seven nights at $400/week (check-in Sunday at 3:00pm / check-out Sunday at 11:00am)

Priority for each week will be given based on the "Motel Room Allocation" policy (click here to view the policy​).

If you withdraw camp registration for a given week, your motel reservation for that week will be forfeited and given to the next eligible requestor.
