A Regular member shall be a self-employed Black businessperson or a business that is controlled by a Black person, whose dues are current, and who has provided all other information as the board of directors shall from time to time require. Each regular member shall have the right to vote in person, or virtually or by proxy with one vote on all matters coming before the membership. Each regular member shall be entitled to all rights and privileges regarding the business and activities of the Black Business Association.
