Membership Refund Policy
All member benefits including advertising, event sponsorships and program and event registrations must be pre-paid before usage. Advertising space and sponsor benefits cannot be guaranteed until full payment is received. As a courtesy a "send check" option is available for registrations submitted at least 15 business days prior to the date of the class/event. Unpaid balances are subject to a $25 per month late fee. All fees associated with collection of this registration will be charged back to the registrant. Refund Policy: Written notice is required 7 business days before date of program unless there is an event specific refund policy in place. The refund policy applies to all Chapter events unless an event specific refund policy exists and is expressly stated in the event registration form. Sponsorships are NOT refundable. Advertising must be cancelled in writing prior to advertising closing date.
