Any potential member applying within his/her first two (2) years after registration with the Statutory Council as a practitioner, shall on acceptance be regarded as a New Graduate for the duration of his/her first two (2) years as a member of CASA and be entitled to a 50% reduction in CASA's annual Full Membership fee. He/She shall be entitled both to speak and vote at any Assembly.
