Membership Refund Policy
All membership purchases are non-refundable. Once a membership is purchased, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances.
This policy applies to all membership levels, duration or type. By proceeding with the membership purchase, you acknowledge and accept the no refund policy. It is your responsibility to review and understand the terms of this policy before completing your purchase.
In the event of a disputed charge related to a membership purchase, we encourage you to contact our customer support team to resolve the issue. Chargebacks or disputes made through your financial institution may result in the suspension or termination of your membership.
In exceptional cases, where the organisation determines that extenuating circumstances exist, a refund may be considered at its sole discretion. Any such consideration will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and the decision of the organization will be final.
