Membership Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your participation in one of our paid events. In the event of your cancellation prior to the event, we will consider refunding your payment but are no obligation to do so. Without prior notice, there will be no refunds for no-shows.
Please note that we reserve the right to cancel any event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide a full refund to all registered participants.
For annual membership dues, we will not refund or prorate membership payments unless there is an error.
