• Free entry for the selected two (2) members to specified events for the duration of the Membership year 
• All other staff members will receive a 10% discount to UMS events
• SME Members will get featured on the UMS website partners page (Affiliate marketing platform) 
• 50% discount on advertising off other UMS digital assets
• SME team members will receive support with obtaining graded membership from ACIM to FCIM, through study and Continuous Professional Development
• Experienced staff shall have opportunities to showcase their expertise and core competencies by participating in UMS thought leadership activities as facilitators or panellists thereby shining a light on their individual professional profiles
• Participation in UMS marketing-related activities such as the Fireplace, Ignite sessions, etc., shall earn members CPD points

B. SME Members Requirements

1. Share the full names and WhatsApp contact numbers of the two (2) members that will receive full UMS Membership
2. Share images of the two (2) members
3. Share brief profiles of the two (2) members
4. Share Updated CVs. or LinkedIn profiles of the two (2) members
