Membership Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Nature: All membership fees and dues paid to CMCA are non-refundable. Once a membership is purchased, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with membership benefits, services, or changes in personal circumstances. Memberships cannot be terminated or refunded prior to the expiration date.

Membership Transfers: Memberships are non-transferable between companies. Membership benefits and privileges are solely for the named member and cannot be transferred or assigned to another company.

Exceptions: In rare circumstances, exceptions to this policy may be granted at the discretion of CMCA's management team. Such exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
