Membership Refund Policy

Please be advised that QSport’s policy is that membership purchases are non-refundable. This policy is designed to maintain consistency and fairness among all Members and to ensure the continued development and operation of our services. Prior to purchasing or renewing a membership with QSport, we encourage applicant organisations to carefully consider their decision, as refunds cannot be provided once the transaction is completed unless there are extenuating circumstances which may form the basis of an appeal for refund directly to the QSport CEO. QSport reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to financial Members via the organisation's official membership communication channels.
