AAIE values our members and strives to provide exceptional service. This policy outlines conditions for refunding membership fees. Refund Eligibility: Timing: Submit requests within 30 days of purchase. Method: Email info@aaie.org. Approval: We will notify you within 10 business days of approval or rejection. Non-Refundable Conditions: No refunds after 30 days from the original membership purchase date. Refund Process: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. Special Considerations: AAIE reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis in extraordinary circumstances, such as significant errors during the registration process or other unforeseen issues.
