Our SURGE technicians are a crucial part to any practices' success. We offer a FREE membership for those technicians who work for a SURGE member.
This would include access to:
- Our technicians only Facebook Page which is used daily to shared common pain points and solutions, recommendations on techniques and products, and weekly questions to start conversation and get to know one another.
- Our SURGE App where our Partners can be viewed, the products/services they offer, and their representative's contact information. We also have a portion of the app designed for our technicians to better track their efficiency and schedules.
- A discounted ticket price to our one of a kind Spring SURGE Surgical Symposium (S3) annual event. in 2025, it will be taking place from April 30th to May 3rd in San Antonio, Texas. This is a great way to get to know your fellow SURGE members and Partners in an open and welcoming space.
- Access to our Technicians page on our website with recordings from previous Zoom calls, notes from previous Zoom calls, and shared documents.
Membership Refund Policy
Your satisfaction with the Membership is important to us. Because of the extensive time, effort, preparation, and care that goes into creating and providing the Membership, our refund policy is as follows: If you choose to make your membership payment annually, a fourteen (14) day notice is sent to remind you when the next membership payment is due and/or automatically renewing. It is the responsibility of the member to inform SURGE if the membership should be canceled or changed during this window. If you would like a refund after the membership is renewed, a refund of $1000 will be provided after processing and labor fees have been removed. If you choose to make your membership payment monthly, your membership payment will be canceled starting the next month after your cancellation. No refund will be given for the last month of your membership.
