Membership Refund Policy
Your satisfaction with the Membership is important to us. Because of the extensive time, effort, preparation, and care that goes into creating and providing the Membership, our refund policy is as follows: If you choose to make your membership payment annually, a fourteen (14) day notice is sent to remind you when the next membership payment is due and/or automatically renewing. It is the responsibility of the member to inform SURGE if the membership should be canceled or changed during this window. If you would like a refund after the membership is renewed, a refund of $1000 will be provided after processing and labor fees have been removed. If you choose to make your membership payment monthly, your membership payment will be canceled starting the next month after your cancellation. No refund will be given for the last month of your membership.
