Membership Refund Policy
KDCCI is committed to a fair and transparent refund policy. While membership fees are generally non-refundable, exceptions may apply in specific circumstances. Refund Eligibility: 1.Membership Cancellation: -Written cancellation requests are required. -Refunds processed for remaining months after request receipt. -Cancellation fee may apply. 2.Duplicate Payments: -If a member accidentally pays for the same membership twice, a full refund of the duplicate payment will be issued upon verification. Refund Process: -Submit requests in writing to admin@kdcci.com.au. -Refunds processed to original payment method within 14 business days. -Email confirmation of refund status provided. Exceptions: -No refunds if services or benefits have been used prior to cancellation. -Special considerations for exceptional circumstances (e.g., natural disasters) reviewed case-by-case.
