Our members have requested that we keep our events commercial-free, and for this reason, we have established a non-solicitation policy.

Participation in any FBC activity is exclusively for the purpose of expanding knowledge and the understanding of family business issues and best practices and not to solicit business.

REFUND POLICY

We do not offer refunds for registration fees. Please send someone in your place if you are unable to attend.

NON-SOLICITATION POLICY

I understand that this is an educational forum and a non-commercial networking environment. I will not solicit potential clients at this event, nor will I distribute any promotional materials unless I am the event sponsor.

CONFIDENTIALITY

I agree to keep confidential any identifiable information disclosed, discussed, and/or provided at any of the FBCs programs, without the prior written consent of the FBCs Director and the member who is the subject of the information.

RIGHT TO USE OF IMAGE

I hereby grant to the University of Louisville Family Business Center the right and unrestricted permission to use my name, likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance as such may be embodied in any photos, video recordings, audiotapes, digital images, and the like, taken or made on behalf of the Family Business Center and its partners.

I hereby agree to respect the integrity of the FBC goals by keeping confidential any identifiable information disclosed, discussed, and/or provided at any of the FBC's programs, without the prior written consent of the FBC's Director and the member who is the subject of the information.
