Membership Refund Policy
Membership dues to the Illinois Academy of PAs (IAPA) are non-refundable. Exceptions include duplicate payments, administrative errors causing overpayment, or technical errors activating or renewing membership without authorization. Refund requests must be emailed to admin@illinoisPA.org within 30 days of payment and include the member’s name, membership ID (if applicable), payment date, and reason. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 30 days via the original payment method.
Members using any benefits—such as discounted events or CME activities—are not eligible for refunds. Appeals of denied refunds must be submitted in writing to the Executive Director within 14 days. The IAPA Board of Directors has final authority over refund decisions.
