Membership Refund Policy

Membership Policy: When signing up for a paid membership, you commit to joining for at least 3 months. Your membership will be renewed automatically until notice is given. 30 days' notice is required to cancel your membership (excluding the initial 3 month period). Overdue payments of more than 14 days will result in automatic cancellation of membership and associated benefits. No refunds are granted for missed sessions or nonattendance. Event Policy: The Swimmer accepts that the event company may reserve the right to cancel, modify or postpone an event and may have its own policy regarding refunds under such circumstances. The Swimmer accepts that Swim Pods NPC bears no responsibility for any cancellation, modification, or postponement of an event, and in such cases, regardless of the reason, the Swimmer waives all related claims of whatsoever nature against Swim Pods NPC.
