Practitioner Member means any natural person who provides Mortgage Origination Services to Consumers and (1) complies with the requirements set out in the Accreditation Rules to be a Practitioner Member of the Company and whose name is entered by the Company into the Members' Register; and/or (2) who has applied to be a Practitioner Member in terms of the Accreditation Rules and whose application has been accepted as contemplated in the Accreditation Rules
