The Programme connects HR leaders and aspiring HR practitioners in mentoring relationships, a powerful way of enabling the knowledge, skills and experience of well-respected and credible HR leaders in the Profession to be shared with aspiring practitioners. This programme has been developed to open up and expand networks for career and professional development, and to help HR practitioners to increase their impact and contribution to the overall sustainable organisation performance of the business in which they operate. The programme is open to members only for mentorship and mentee opportunities.
