To be completed by persons registering for the first time and/ or who are newly qualified as a social worker with a qualification obtained in South Africa, as contemplated in section 17 of the Social Service Professions Act 110 of 1978 and the Regulations regarding the registration of social workers (Government Notice No. 101 of 2011 published in Government Gazette No. 34020 of 18 February 2011). 

The validity of this membership is subject to payment of annual fees for the current financial year, which ends on 31 March.
