Membership Refund Policy

Because membership includes immediate access to exclusive services, perks, and community resources, all membership purchases are final and non-refundable.
We encourage all prospective members to carefully review the benefits and terms before joining. If you’re unsure which option fits you best, our team is more than happy to guide you through the process or offer a consultation before you commit.
Exceptions or Adjustments may be made under limited circumstances, including:
Duplicate or accidental transactions (proof required).
Billing errors on our part.
All requests for exceptions must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the original charge and will be evaluated case-by-case.
Transfers & Downgrades:
While we don’t issue refunds, requests to transfer or downgrade a membership will be considered at the discretion of our team.
