Any person duly admitted to the practice of the law in the State of New Jersey who maintains the practice of the law within the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office, the Bergen County Office of the Public Defender, or the Bergen County Office of County Counsel; or who shall have been an active public sector member of the Association but who shall either have retired from active practice of the law, or shall be on active duty in the Armed Forces of the United States of America, may be admitted to membership in the Association as an active public sector member
