Established in 1958, The Agrochemicals Association of Kenya (AAK) is the umbrella organization for manufacturers, importers, formulator's, distributors and users of pesticides in Kenya.
We would like to inform our members that we will be using this membership platform for engagement purposes. Members will be receiving our newsletters, general communication, meetings notification, and feedback surveys through this platform.
We hope all of you enjoy and fully utilize this platform in order to strengthen and streamline our daily communication and also to effectively and efficiently serve all our members.
We would like to thank you for your continued support and cooperation to the Industry's activities.
This shall be open to any registered organization in Kenya whose main business is one of the following and is licensed by Pest Control Products Board (PCPB):-
a) Local manufacturers of active ingredients used in the formulation of pest control products;
b) Local formulators of pest control products;
c) Representatives of manufacturers of active ingredients used in the formulation of pest control products otherwise not represented in Kenya;
d) Local agents or registrants who do not import but market pest control products through appointed distributors.
This shall be open to the following:
a) Distributors and/or users of pest control products originating from suppliers described under sub-paragraph (1.1) above or other sources registered with PCPB.
b) Associations involved in the distribution and/or usage of pest control products originating from suppliers described under sub-paragraph (1.1) above or other sources registered with PCPB.
This shall be open to the following:
i. Parastatals, Corporates, Growers or any other organization involved in agriculture, public health, environment or related fields.
ii. Organizations in Research and Training in agriculture, public health, environment or related fields.
iii. Non-Resident, any manufacturer, trader or person who is not based in Kenya but is marketing pest control products through an appointed agent or agents.
