About Us CAPA-TE is a non-profit, non-religious and non-political organization. It is also noncommercial, nonsectarian, and nonpartisan. Its mission is to support educational excellence for K-12 students in the Tredyffrin-EastTown (“TE”) School District, and to support members to be informed of, involved with and empowered on public school and community matters.
