You are a gynecologist, medical oncologist, radiation oncologist or a pathologist trained or certified in Canada (or such equivalent acceptable to the Board) who: (a) has completed additional formal training as is acceptable to the Board and is relevant to the management of gynecological malignancies; and (b) is a member of a Division of Gynecological Oncology or formal cancer program which offers comprehensive cancer treatment, including radical pelvic surgery, radiation and chemotherapy.
You are a recognized physician who commits a substantial portion of their professional time to the advancement of gynecologic oncology but would not be eligible to be a Category 1 Member of the Corporation.
You are a nurse who commits a substantial portion of their professional time to the advancement of gynecologic oncology but would not be eligible to be a Category 1 Member of the Corporation.
You are an allied health professional or scientist who commits a substantial portion of their professional time to the advancement of gynecologic oncology but would not be eligible to be a Category 1 Member of the Corporation.
You are an individual who practices medicine outside of Canada and who: (a) has successfully completed additional formal training in gynecologic oncology, medical oncology or radiation oncology in Canada (or such equivalent acceptable to the Board); and (b) is recognized by their peers as having expertise in the discipline; and (c) is engaged in the practice of gynecologic oncology in a center outside of Canada, which is within an organized program of gynecologic oncology that offers comprehensive cancer treatment including radical pelvic surgery, radiation and chemotherapy, or such equivalent as may be acceptable to the Board.
You are a resident registered in a sub-specialty training program (fellow-in-training) in gynecologic oncology including surgical, radiation, or medical oncology and pathology.
You are enrolled in a recognized post-graduate training program in obstetrics and gynaecology, medical oncology, radiation oncology or pathology.
