Memberships

The MAZ Senior Managers Membership is given to an individual who is in good and right standing with Marketers Association of Zimbabwe (MAZ). This individual should be occupying a middle level Management position reporting directly to an Executive. The entry requirement for one to be a MAZ Senior Manager Member is a Marketing qualification of a Diploma from a recognized institution, occupation of a senior or middle level managerial position in an organization over a minimum period of 3 years e.g., Marketing Manager, Corporate Brand Manager, Head of a department, Senior Marketing Officer and reporting directly to the Marketing Director, Chief Marketing Officer, Marketing Executive or Head of Marketing in their organization. 

1.  Senior Executive Membership ($100 annually)

The MAZ Senior Executive Membership is given to an individual who is in good and right standing with Marketers Association of Zimbabwe (MAZ) and has made significant contributions in the marketing industry in regards to marketing excellence, its practice, service and activities over a period of a minimum of 3 years. The entry requirement for one to be a MAZ Senior Executive Member-The C-Suite, is a Marketing qualification of a Diploma from a recognized institution, occupation of a very senior position in an organization over a minimum period of 5 years e.g., MD, CEO, head of a department, director or executive and reporting directly to the MD or CEO of their organization.

MAZ Senior Executive Membership benefits are as follows:

• Leadership Development programs
• Opportunity to be considered for any Board recommendations and senior job placements.
• Complimentary attendance to networking sessions for Senior Executive Marketers-the C-Suite Round Table.
• A copy of the ZimMarketer magazine per publication
• Networking opportunities and participation in MAZ activities.

Full/Associate Membership ( $20 annually)

Full membership is given to an individual with a qualification in Marketing from any recognised institution. If you have no qualification in marketing but you desire to join MAZ we have another category for Associate membership.

Associate membership is given to an individual with a qualification in related fields like Public Relations, Customer Relationship Management, Journalism, Merchandisers, or technical qualifications from any recognized institution and need networking, exposure and interaction with the marketing fraternity. 

The benefits for Full and Associate Membership are as follows;

·        Enhanced networking, through events like Marketers Socials where you get an opportunity to interact with other marketers.

·        Five Percent (5%) discount at MAZ events which include conferences, seminars and workshops.

·        A copy of the ZimMarketer Magazine per publication.

·        Opportunity to contribute articles in the ZimMarketer Magazine.

·         You are entitled to a 5% discount on Bed and Breakfast. Cresta Hotel / Lodges. If you spend four nights in a year, the fifth night is for free.

·        Inclusion in MAZ Employment Agency database which is exclusive to the Marketing profession.

Student Membership ($10 annually)

The Student Membership package is given to college and university students who are studying towards attaining their first degrees or diplomas.

The benefits for the student membership package are as follows:
